you know you love me
I'm Rebekah, but of course, you knew that.

New to Tree Hill and looking for some fun.

Regretting my past life. I want to start over.

Exploring Humanity II Derek & Rebekah

crypticexhilaration:

Derek smirked, he knew better than to get in a fight with a vamp on purpose; especially one that was as old as she was. He was sure that she had probably been in more fights than he had days to his name. “Oh trust me, I’m not dumb enough to get in a fight with a vampire that is as old as you are. You most likely know way more about fighting than me. I am willing to admit that with no shame.” She was easy to talk to, he was surprised by how friendly she was. He always assumed vampires would be hostile towards him but it seemed quite the opposite. There were no words for how excited he was to hear first hand accounts from her. “I might also have to call you a mind reader, I’m most interested in the 9th century. Sword play, knights and such. You seem like the type of person who did those kinds of activities but never told anyone.”

Rebekah laughed, remembering her past. She loved playing with swords and knives, but she could never around her father. “Well, you’d be right. The only person who knew about my little pass time was my brother, Nik. He and Elijah fought all the time, but my father would be outraged every time he caught them. Now, I’m a viking, or was. So, sword play is kind of our thing. It’s funny though. Back when I was human we lived adjacent to a pack of werewolves…We were very civil with them…until one killed my brother. That’s kind of what drew my father into making us.” She looked to Derek anxious to see his reaction. She had never planned on opening up as much as she did. Especially about how she was turned.

Cheer Practice || Lydia & Rebekah

lydia—martinrp:

Something that was very clear to Lydia before she jumped in the car with Rebekah was that she had a nice car. With having a nice car, normally came a lead foot. Lydia knew it was bound to happen because of Jackson. Plus there was something about small sports cars that made people want to go nuts. Holding on to the door as Rebekah was driving, Lydia braced herself for a fast ride. As they arrived, Lydia jumped out and shrugged to the question, “Whereever works, I do need to go to Victoria’s Secret… But I can do that later if you don’t want to go there.” she laughed a little bit, that store was always a little overwhelming and with someone you just met could be awkward.

Rebekah gave Lydia a mischievous smile. “Victoria’s Secret will be fun. You never know when you’re going to need sexy lingerie.” Entering the store Rebekah felt like a kid entering Disney Land. She loved lingerie stores. They had just about all the basics a girl needs. Pijamas, perfume, sometimes sweats, but most of all they had underwear. The type of undergarments that make everyone feel like supermodels. It was great. Browsing through racks, Rebekah looked up at Lydia. “So, do you need any help finding something?”

Ain’t No Rest For The Wicked. || Kate & Rebekah

katherine-argent:

Kate watched as the boy was dragged off the field and smirked. A temper problem, too? Oh, he would be fun to kill. “Well, guess what, blondie. I got a mission for ya.” Kate moved away from the tree, moving closer to the top of the hill to get a better view at the boy who was currently screaming at the coach and whoops! There goes the water tank, flying trough the air. The kid had thrown it out of Agee frustration. “Find out everything you can about this Ryan guy, then meet me at my place this afternoon to report.” Kate liked to boss people around, it was something she was good at. Hence why she always lead her little hunting group…and because they were all a bunch of idiots.

Rebekah rolled her eyes at Kate. She hated being bossed around, but needed Kate on her good side. Who knows when a hunter could come in handy. “Fine,” she said accepting her order. Rebekah left Kate and went back to the cheer squad. She told Brooke that she had to go home and work on a project, and then left to go find Ryan. He was in the first place she looked. It was also the most obvious. The principal’s office. Rebekah smiled sweetly at the boy. When the principal came out to call in Ryan, Rebekah compelled her to forget about him. Then, turning around to see the confused look on the boy’s face, she smiled sweetly. “Oh, love, don’t worry. I’m not going to be the one hurting you.” After that, Rebekah compelled Ryan to tell her everything important about his life as a teen wolf.

Once her information was acquired she went to Kate’s place. After knocking on the door three times, Rebekah received an answer. “Well, Kate. Aren’t you going to invite me in?”

lucas-scott:

“Mystic Falls, huh? Not too far from here.” He commented and looked over his shoulder to see some of the basketball players exiting the locker room. The room began to fill with voices as they headed towards the double doors at the end of the gym. He looked back at Rebekah with a warm smile. “Tree Hill is a good place, so I don’t doubt that you’ll stick around.” In the back of his mind he knew he probably shouldn’t be jumping to conclusions, but he had this odd feeling that Rebekah might not be entirely human. Ever since he found out about the supernatural in this town he suspected almost every new resident he came across.

“Well, I hope I do.” Rebekah gave him a smile, noticing the basket ball team exiting the gym. She also noticed how every once in a while flashes of uncertainty went through his eyes. “You look confused about something…I’m an open book if you want to ask.”

Elena&Rebekah.

inevitabletroublex:

Elena was actually quite glad of the chance of conversation and it was better to be safe than sorry, she wouldn’t put it past Klaus to have someone spy on them although what he thought they could possibly be talking about was a mystery to Elena. She was starting to think that maybe he came here for Rebekah rather than to check up on his ‘blood bag’, after all Klaus didn’t have anyone else other than his minions who basically like him because they had no other choice. “You’re on it too? Well it doesn’t surprise me seen as I remember Caroline being pretty upset that you had good moves back in Mystic.” She didn’t really show any physical emotion to the sentence seen as she didn’t want it to look like she was taking sides. Obviously if it came down to it and she didn’t have a choice then she’d be with Caroline and that was because she had been best friends with the girl since she could walk. “Uh yeah I did actually, wasn’t bad…” Elena felt a smile appear on her features as she looked around to see if one of the waiters was going to come other, they weren’t busy but it seemed like the group of men in the corner were taking awhile with there order as she looked back to Rebekah. “As much as I’d like to blame Stefan over the fact that I quit, it wasn’t him… I quit before he showed up at Mystic, it was just everything with my parents and after that it just didn’t seem to matter any more. I guess this is a new town so I’m hoping that with a new squad I can learn to love it again, it was always fun before.”

Rebekah gave Elena a somber smile. She knew what it was like losing a parent, and recently it felt like she lost her mother all over again. “Well,” she said trying to pick up the mood, “with people like me on the team, it won’t be boring.” Rebekah was getting impatient waiting for a waiter and she spotted the table of men that were monopolizing him. Rebekah decided to stand up and walk over towards them. Once she was at the table she leaned against it, ignoring the men and compelled the waiter to come to Elena and her table. Rebekah gave him a tight smile as she walked back, the waiter following like a puppy. She sat down and ordered a hot chocolate and chicken wrap.

Exploring Humanity II Derek & Rebekah

crypticexhilaration:

Derek had to physically use his hand to close his mouth. He hadn’t expected to react quite like that but he had nevertheless. He had presumed a couple hundred years that seemed to be the range for vamps but he had never met one as old as her. Or any being that old…excluding some of the trees that is. “Thanks, she hurt someone I cared about so I thought she needed to learn her lesson. Besides she wasn’t as old as you, I might not stand a chance against someone as old and wise as you are; but who knows.” He was curious as to what the world was like, sometimes in books it seemed like the world had been a better place before. He winked at her, leaning back. “I do so very much like a challenge.”

Rebekah nodded in agreement. He wouldn’t stand a chance. It would take at least three of him to take her on. One of the perks of being a thousand years old, was that she’s been in a countless amounts of fights. She knew how certain types of people moved in struggles. Strategy wise, Rebekah was brilliant. “Well, I don’t fight for fun, so if you really wanted a challenge from me, just make me mad. Other than that, you’re out of luck.” She winked at him. Rebekah could also see burning curiosity in his eyes. “Okay, ask away. I’ll be an open book. It looks like you’re dying.”

Lazy Sunday | Open

fayechamberlainomh:

Knowing Rebekah would be coming after her at some point, Faye had gone to the antique store across the street and waited. She spent a while playing around with the Venetian masks. They were always her favourite thing to look at no matter which store they were in. She loved the idea of masquerade and ball gowns but would never be caught dead in one.

Eventually Rebekah left the shop and headed for the beach, Faye took it as her cue to follow. She could have kept the game going for hours but she couldn’t be bothered. “Hey blondie,” she grinned, speeding up to walk beside her, “I knew you’d come looking for me. Calmed down yet?” Faye knew she would probably sound really bitchy but it wasn’t her main priority to sound sweet. She tilted her head and looked at Rebekah with her big doe eyes, waiting for either an answer or an explenation as to why she had isolated herself.

Rebekah gave an indifferent look to Faye. She was still in a crabby mood. Remembering Stefan and their memories did that to her. As she handed Faye her flask back, she apologized. “Faye, I’m sorry for acting how I did this morning. It was rude.” She pursed her lips contemplating giving an explanation. Rebekah turned to face the witch. “I get kind of bitter when I think of certain aspects of my past.”

Lazy Sunday | Open

fayechamberlainomh:

Faye rolled her eyes in return, her lips still caressing that smug little smile. “Alright, if that’s what you REALLY want.” She pressed her palms on the table and pushed herself up, leaving Rebekah by herself. Her feet carried her slowly to the door, but she changed her mind half way and turned back to Rebekah. “Hey,” she said, slipping her hand into her boot and pulling out a flask, “you look as if you could use this.” Faye smiled half heartedly and left it on the table. She knew Rebekah would have to come find her eventually to return it, maybe then she could get more out of her.

Rebekah watched as Faye walked out of the cafe, then turned her attention to the flask. She did need it. She looked around the room, to make sure none of the customers were paying attention as she opened the flask and poured some of the alcohol in to her coffee. Taking a sip of the now spiked drink, she turned her attention back to her book. Rebekah used the term ‘book’ lightly. It was more of a journal. Stefan’s journal to be exact, from the 20’s. Within an hour, she got up to the part where Klaus made him forget. The writing just stopped.

Rebekah took her final sip of the fermented coffee, and threw a twenty on the table. It would cover the tab and also give the waitress a large tip. She threw the journal in her bag grabbed the flask and went out to go find Faye. Rebekah was rude earlier, and she felt bad. Either way, she had to return the flask. Rebekah walked to the beach, figuring Faye would be there, and if she wasn’t she still got to enjoy the view.

Lazy Sunday | Open

fayechamberlainomh:

“Sorry,” Faye smirked, “I had to check if you were still sane. Am I bothering you?” In all honestly, Faye didn’t see Rebekah as the sort of person to be sitting in a coffee shop reading. There had to be something else under the seemingly perfect exterior, the fire in her voice suggested she wasn’t someone who enjoyed the quiet life yet there she was, sitting reading a book. “Look,” she said, sliding into the seat across from Rebekah, “I’m not one to beat around the bush, and I’m guessing you’re not either. So humour me. What’s a girl like you doing in a place like this?”

Rebekah rolled her eyes, closing her book and placing it on the table. “Faye, I honestly just want to be alone.” The teenage girl wouldn’t understand. Faye wants all the power in the world, just like everyone, but what she doesn’t realize is how alone you’ll be when you have it. Rebekah wanted to spend a Sunday alone. By herself. Drinking coffee. Doing what normal teenagers did. But Faye wouldn’t get that.
